TSMC Arizona will produce Tesla’s advanced AI6.5 chip in the US on 2nm production lines, media report, citing Elon Musk on X. AI5 is being manufactured on TSMC’s N3P process. Nvidia’s LP40, the Groq-chip for the Feynman architecture, will also be made at TSMC.
