
I am most concerned about Friday's employment data.
Earnings reports are more than halfway done. The first half was rough for US stocks, so the second half should see catch-up gains. Earnings will be a breeze now. There are too many retail investors and too much emotion right now, simply because employment is weak.
Singapore is a bit different, surging against the odds. I predict STI will fall compared to my entry point this week. If it doesn't fall, next week will be even worse. Let's see. I don't like to speak too absolutely. I am holding positions, just with a larger defensive allocation.
