TSMC Senior VP Lora Ho may join PC giant Acer’s board of directors after she retires from TSMC in April, media report, noting her name is on the list for Acer shareholders to vote on at the annual meeting 5/29. Ho joined TSMC when it bought Acer Semiconductor (ASMI) in 1999, originally a Texas Instruments-Acer JV.
