Operation: Patience while letting dividends do the work!
Reason: SG dividend stocks like Reits generate a rather stable and decent dividends every year which acts as a passive income stream.
Insights: While volatility continues to spike in equities, holding stable but paying stocks like reits helps to diversify and balance out my portfolio. Dividends Yield is also higher than fixed deposits which is a bonus. If share price drops below my cost, I might look to add more for the long run.
