$NVIDIA(NVDA.US) - JPMORGAN: SAMSUNG WINS NVIDIA HBM3E NOD
Samsung has reportedly secured Nvidia qualification for its 12-layer HBM3E chips after earlier failed attempts. Supply will be limited at first, making Samsung the third approved supplier after SK Hynix and Micron.JPMorgan says the move is significant given Nvidia’s dominance in AI. Samsung’s spare cleanroom capacity could let it scale production quickly, boosting demand for ASML’s EUV tools in 2026–27.
