Account opening is a piece of shit, OTP never arrives (I tried it with both my Swiss and Thai numbers), document upload keeps on failing, errors and warnings are shown in Chinese, Leo (the AI chatbot) produces non-sensical conversation loops…all-in-all the account opening is a total waste of time, at least for foreigners.
