Teladex closed slightly down at 384.89, a critical position—it has broken above the 9-day line by 6.5% and the 21-day line by 8.4%, but is only 0.6% away from the 50-day line, meaning it has just reclaimed the medium-term moving average without firmly stabilizing yet. There is still a 20.5% gap to the 60-day high.
$IBM(IBM.US) closed slightly down at 233.43, with RSI already at 70, while the stock price remains 10% below the 50-day line. The moving averages are still in a bearish alignment, and it is 29.1% away from the 60-day high.
In this same rebound scenario, Teladex reached the 50-day line from below, whereas $IBM(IBM.US)'s RSI surged into overbought territory without even touching the 50-day line. As long as the former does not break below around 382 again, its bullish structure can be considered rebuilt; for the latter, an RSI of 70 within a bearish alignment suggests the oversold bounce is nearing its end. Unless the 50-day line at 259 is reclaimed, the rebound remains just that—a rebound.
