South Korea’s JoongAng Ilbo reports SK Hynix is negotiating to acquire Intel’s large semiconductor campus in Ohio, aiming to start front-end production of memory chips at the site within five years. SK Hynix is conducting internal reviews and seeking required government approvals; price and timing are still being worked out.
