Critical Metals-led consortium has reached the final round of Kenya's tender for the Mrima Hill rare earth and niobium project in Kwale County. As one of three finalists, the group leverages its USD 1.5 billion market value and USD 400 million cash reserves to support Phase 1 construction. The project aims for accelerated development, separated rare earth oxides production, and eventual NdPr magnet manufacturing, utilizing the site's proximity to the Port of Mombasa for export logistics.
