Recently, there have been rumors online about many people (including from South Korea) jumping off buildings due to leveraged stock trading. We are all strangers on this platform, but since you're following me, I'll try to share some heartfelt thoughts: I majored in finance, and my professor told us on the very first day never to use leverage for high-volatility products. Options are meant for hedging, and leveraged ETFs are allocation tools; one must understand the difference between investing and gambling. I personally witnessed families being destroyed by gambling (high-volatility products) in Macau, mostly involving people from mainland China. Please do not approach this with a gambler's mindset. I genuinely hope for everyone's well-being and sincerely advise you.
