First, just days after Meta's "selling computing power" made headlines, another piece of news emerged: According to Korean media Sedaily, Meta is looking for Samsung's foundry to produce its next-generation self-developed AI chip (codenamed MTIA 3), using the most advanced 2nm process, with a scale exceeding 10 trillion Korean won — over six billion US dollars.
