$XTEP INT'L(01368.HK) Last year, Xtep achieved double-digit growth in profit by divesting loss-making businesses and deepening its focus on the professional running segment. Although the latest quarter's growth was only single-digit, and major brokerages have lowered their target prices to around 5.5, a comprehensive look at the financial data shows net assets per share of 3.64, net cash of 1.7 billion, and a dividend payout ratio exceeding 50% for 18 consecutive years. This fits my taste perfectly, representing a model of being small yet beautiful. I also look forward to the smooth implementation of Xtep's DTC model and hope its sub-brands can achieve high growth in the professional sports division.
