$SSE Index(000001.SH) Today, the Shanghai Composite finally surged decisively, and the bullish trend is back. The previously trapped positions have basically been digested. As long as trading volume can stabilize, and the index holds above the 60-day moving average, there's still room to rise. The market's money-making effect is slowly recovering, and everyone's confidence is returning. Currently, the combined trading volume of the two markets is steadily maintained at around 2.5 trillion yuan. As long as there are no more surprises from the Middle East, the current view should be bullish.
The hottest sector in today's market, without a doubt, is commercial aerospace! This theme has been discussed many times, and today it finally exploded comprehensively, with the entire sector showing strong momentum.
Commercial aerospace hasn't had such a strong sector-wide effect in a long time. I wonder if everyone managed to catch a big profit?
Now, let's talk about a few directions:
1. AI Computing Power
The demand for computing power is really fierce. Fiber optic prices have risen 650%, demand for liquid-cooled servers has exploded, and with good Q1 earnings expectations, capital is aggressively chasing this direction. For example, Zhongtian Technology hit the limit-up, Envicool hit a new high, and Zhongji Innolight also rose over 5%.
But note, there's significant divergence within the sector: core GPU, liquid cooling equipment, and optical module leaders are rising sharply, while edge computing outsourcing and niche chip stocks are basically quiet. Capital now only recognizes "hardcore targets."
Also, the Q1 earnings window is approaching, and some profit-taking has started. Stocks that have risen over 30% in the short term are likely to pull back tomorrow.
Operationally, don't buy any computing power stock; focus on GPU leaders, core liquid cooling, and 800G/1.6T optical modules. Wait for a pullback to the 5-day or 10-day moving average before buying on dips; don't chase highs.
2. Commercial Aerospace
It was the star of the show today. Multiple positive catalysts came together: the China Space Conference from April 23-26 will announce major news like deep space exploration plans and commercial aerospace support policies, prompting capital to front-run. Additionally, the Long March 10B is scheduled for its maiden flight from April 28-30, attempting net recovery. If successful, it would be China's first reusable rocket. Events are coming one after another. Commercial aerospace has shifted from being driven by single-point news to industry-wide resonance, making its future performance worth watching closely.
3. AI Applications
BlueFocus Interactive briefly surged 15% today. News-wise, DeepSeek's external financing is basically confirmed, and the market expects DeepSeek V4 to launch by the end of the month. Once V4 is well-adapted to domestic computing chips, the autonomous closed loop of domestic chips + domestic models can truly run. Sub-sectors like internet e-commerce and AI marketing led the gains, and AI applications in Hong Kong also strengthened. AI applications have been adjusting for a while, valuations are attractive, and the catch-up rally has officially begun.
