Some say there has been a reversal, claiming Langzi denied what Chuanzi said and also refused to ship out enriched uranium.

I think these are just noise, and you need to understand that some things they say are meant for domestic audiences.

Furthermore, I think the reason the strait isn't fully open yet is two-fold. First, the mines haven't been fully cleared, which is why the other side's statement emphasized designated routes.

Second, before the second round of negotiations reaches an agreement, Langzi doesn't want to completely give up this important bargaining chip. Even the US has said they won't lift sanctions until a full agreement is reached.

But we can see the overall direction hasn't changed, including their statement that negotiations might resume within days. That's the most important thing. So no need to panic.
