$NASDAQ Composite Index(.IXIC.US) is really strange, I strongly suspect it's a dead cat bounce. For the past six months, positive news kept the Nasdaq flat at 22k. Now with so much negative news, it's still flat at 22k. Not bullish, no reason to go long.
