Traded ValueThe stock market is a game of "right timing, right place, and right people." When these three align, a trend forms.
Trends also have stages: 1 Germination > 2 Growth > 3 Explosion > 4 Maturity (Stability) > 5 Decline. The alignment of timing, place, and people gradually forms in the first two stages, and the combined force becomes the explosion stage, where emotions are completely ignited. Once this stage passes, everything turns to dust. These stages inevitably coincide with a key node (event), which acts as the fuse, igniting the emotional powder keg and driving progress forward. However, not all stocks go through all five stages; only leading sectors experience them.
When the adrenaline effect of positive news at the peak is weak, that's the beginning of decline. The narratives during a downtrend are merely attempts to slow the stock price's fall, facilitating the act of selling.
K-lines are a delayed manifestation of human activity. They have reference value but cannot be trusted, because K-lines themselves are like news—what you see is what others want you to see, all designed for you.
K-lines are public information. Both bulls and bears, as well as third parties, use this public data to anticipate each other's moves.
The essence of the stock market is to stand on the opposite side at the right moment. I need to find time to summarize the effective experiences from my years of stock trading diaries, theorize these experiences, and refine the shortcomings of experience through the process of theorization, helping myself establish a lasting profit model, rules, and discipline.
At the same time, I'll briefly organize my concepts of "absolute win rate," "mind-reading in the stock sea," "anticipating their anticipation," and "going with the flow."
Does this name sound a bit overbearing? Summarization is a crucial part of cultivation. The stock sea is boundless, evolve monthly; the sea of learning is endless.
Before March arrives, the stock capital will likely double, but I need to stay steady and seize the opportunity. For now, everything looks positive. Good luck to me, good luck to everyone.
