Commemorative$AMD(AMD.US)Yesterday at market open, Longbridge had a major technical incident:
At 22:40 I sold a put, but after placing the order there was no response - the price was stuck in an unmodifiable grayed-out state.
It never showed as successful or failed, and I couldn't perform any operations.
By midnight before I went to sleep, this put still hadn't appeared in my positions, leaving me unable to take any action.
This morning I checked and it directly showed as sold. I immediately contacted support, but nearly 24 hours have passed with no response.
It's terrifying to imagine trading options on such a platform - you have no idea what you're actually buying or selling!
