Goldman Sachs' Mark Delaney maintains a neutral rating and a target price of $400.

Third-quarter results were mixed — revenue exceeded expectations, but earnings per share ($0.50) and automotive gross margin (15.4%) fell short of expectations. Goldman Sachs expects volatility in the short term ahead of the November 6 shareholder meeting, autonomous taxi updates, Q4 deliveries, and the Optimus 3 launch. In the long run, they anticipate earnings per share growth from autonomous driving and robotics, but the increase will be much smaller than Tesla's expectations.
