Oct 23 (Reuters) - China's Ministry of Commerce spokesperson said at a press briefing that Vice Premier He Lifeng will lead a delegation to Malaysia from Oct 24-27 for trade talks with the U.S., following consensus reached in leaders' calls this year. The two sides will discuss key issues in bilateral trade relations.
