Missed Broadcom yesterday and did some day trading. Sometimes it's better not to overdo it. Caught a rebound in SPY but sold too early. Later, it kept grinding options.
There are two issues: one is not cutting losses when buying wrong, and the other is exiting too early when buying right. Both are big challenges.
Later, I did some TSLA but hesitated to cut losses. Bought at 0.97 and sold at 0.47—that's $50 gone. Happens a lot. Still a long way to go in day trading. Feels like just reaching the foot of Mount Tai, with over a thousand meters still to climb.
Yesterday, failed to cut losses twice, added to losing positions once, and fought the market once (Broadcom zero event).
Kid, you still can't control your greed 😏
