Discipline really saved me, so always value discipline and respect the market. I still managed to make a small profit last night.
The dark cloud over the index last night was really demoralizing. I had previously mentioned preparing for a possible adjustment at any time, but I didn't expect the index to start adjusting with a high-open-low-close pattern on the same day as such impressive earnings. Personally, my Nasdaq position also went from +4% to +0.7% before I exited.
Traditionally, August and September are tough months. Next, we'll wait for the right opportunity to strike.
