Compound interest. Don't aim to make too much profit in a single buy-sell transaction. Any profit is good. This is what I've learned from the past couple of months of trading. In reality, the key trades are only three or four. Give it some time, and exit when you reach your desired profit level. Like today, I liquidated my position decisively. Then, when it dropped in the evening and other opportunities seemed risky, I re-entered.
