Damn it, I have 2x PDD, no wonder I'm losing money again.

Sometimes I look at news, but is news really useful? You're always the last to know.

If one piece of news could make money, everyone in the world would be rich. Isn't the underlying logic just passing the buck—those who believe first sell to those who believe later?

Yesterday, there was talk about some phone call. I didn't believe it at first and simply thought Alibaba was overpriced, so I wanted to short it. But everyone else thought it was good news, so I panicked and closed my position at over $121. And today, it plummeted.

So, what was the point of that phone call yesterday?

Late at night, I saw that stablecoins were sucking liquidity from the stock market, and the broader market was down. I was sure there would be a rebound, so I went all-in on Pinduoduo at $99.5, with a sell order at $100. I was right about the rebound, but it only went up to $99.92, and now I'm stuck again.

So, was that phone call just a waste of time?

News is just a passing breeze. The true value of things is what really matters.

That's why Trump and Tesla haven't reconciled yet, but the night session is already up.
