Leapmotor announced the official pre-sale of the 2026 C16, with a pre-sale price range of 169,800 to 189,800 yuan. The new model builds on its reputation as the "dual champion in sales and reputation for mid-to-large 6-seater SUVs under 200,000 yuan," with upgrades in comfort, range, and intelligence. It also introduces a 5-seater version to further expand product options.
The new car features the LEAP 3.5 central domain control architecture, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650 chip, a fused LiDAR-assisted driving system, an 800V high-voltage platform, and multiple comfort configurations. The 5-seater version focuses on flexible space and fully equipped configurations, with the trunk expanding to 1663L and supporting "big bed mode" and movie-watching mode.
