宁王$CATL(300750.SZ) 港股 IPO 被搞，老美急了？
美国一名众议员星期四（4 月 17 日）呼吁摩根大通$JPMorgan Chase(JPM.US) 和美国银行$Bank of America(BAC.US) 退出中国电动汽车电池巨头宁德时代的首次公开售股（IPO）承销事宜。
据路透社报道，众议院中国事务特设委员会主席穆勒纳尔（John Moolenaar）说，他已致函摩根大通首席执行官戴蒙（Jamie Dimon）和美国银行首席执行官莫伊尼汉（Brian Moynihan），敦促他们退出将在香港进行的 IPO 承销事宜。
穆勒纳尔在写给戴蒙的信中说，宁德时代已被美国国防部指定为中国军工企业，而且公司的锂离子电池可能很快将为中国潜艇舰队提供动力。
穆勒纳尔还称宁德时代与一个准军事实体有联系，该实体被指在中 xin 疆强迫劳动营。
摩根大通和美国银行发言人拒绝置评。宁德时代则尚未回应置评请求。
