教科书上的企业运营往往是一切按合同办事、按市场规律办事、追求理性经济人利益最大化。但是市场毕竟由人组成，合同往往不靠谱，需要关系化解信息不对称、市场规律常常受到政治影响，需要安全边际保留足够缓冲、理性经济人从一开始就只存在教科书上，人总归是社会关系的总和。
所以对关税的消息我倒是不意外，也算是日常好好学习的结果了。
平时多流汗，战时少流血。
