📢 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: $Momentus(MNTS.US) Momentus Signs LASP Deal to Host Space Weather Instruments on Vigoride-9

👉 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:

➤ 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐬 signed a commercial contract with CU Boulder's 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐏.

➤ Two 𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐒 instruments will be integrated aboard the 𝐕𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞-𝟗 OSV.

➤ The mission targets a 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 launch into low Earth orbit.

➤ OWLS will measure atmospheric density waves between 𝟏𝟎𝟎-𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐤𝐦 altitude.

➤ Data aims to improve 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, atmospheric drag, and LEO environment models.

➤ Momentus will provide both 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 and in-orbit operations for the instruments.

➤ Vigoride-7 launched in March and reportedly achieved 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬.

➤ Vigoride-8, scheduled for 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕, is 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 supporting NASA missions.

➤ Momentus said 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 is available on the Vigoride-9 mission.
