Today I decided to invest in Link REIT ☺️.

At HKD 36.46 (down 0.92% today), the valuation looks very attractive and irresistible for me not to invest. At this price level, my margin of safety is well protected☺️.

I am totally not disturbed by the reported negative EPS (-HK$2.86 TTM). It is mainly due to accounting treatment and not operational weakness.

The company’s underlying fundamentals remain strong and rock solid, supported by quality assets, stable rental income and consistent distributions.
