The Strongest Nvidia Signal This Week Was Not Its Price
I want to flag something easy to miss in a SpaceX-dominated week. Nvidia barely budged, closing near USD 205, but Jensen Huang handed the market a real tell by anointing Marvell as a future trillion-dollar company.
Reading the ecosystem play
That kind of public endorsement is rarely accidental. It signals confidence that custom silicon demand is large enough to support partners, all of which run on Nvidia's platform and networking. A rising tide for Marvell and the custom ASIC names is, indirectly, validation of Nvidia's total addressable market.
What I am watching next
The key number remains hyperscaler capex. As long as the big cloud buyers keep raising their build-out budgets, Nvidia's order book stays full regardless of any single quiet trading day. The Intel and AMD pop is healthy breadth, not a leadership change.
My position
Long and patient. I add on macro-driven pullbacks rather than chasing flat days. The franchise is the safest way to own the AI buildout, and this week only reinforced it.
