Micron's HBM4E will ramp up in CY27 and the first version will be JEDEC standard followed by custom HBM4E later. Will be Micron's first 1-gamma based HBM generation though LP/D5 already use. Both will use TSMC for base die. Up until HBM4 generation, Micron used internal base die.
