
Nvidia tapped Foxconn as exclusive supplier of Vera Rubin Groq 3 LPX compute trays, and the primary supplier of full-racks for LPX-based servers, media report, with shipments seen as early as the 3rd quarter, around 6,000 racks this year. Compute trays fit into server racks like drawers into a dresser, and hold all vital computing chips and other components. Analysts expect Foxconn to account for 55%-60% of Vera Rubin AI servers.
