That was quite the rally by AMD. But here is the thing. As impressive the price action was, look at volume. Much like almost all other counters, the volume is not convincing. Not something I want to see for a raucous bull rally. And the structure also tells a story.

My updated count has this as an ending fifth wave of a possible first wave of a bigger fifth wave of an even bigger third wave. If support holds, the upcoming months will see a massive rally for AMD. But before that a pullback and that is where value can be extracted.

I have liquidated my AMD holdings in anticipation of better prices ahead.
