
Taiwan’s March exports of semiconductors rose 45.7% year-on-year to US$23.99 billion, while 1st quarter chip exports surged 44.4% to $62.1B, the finance ministry said, with overall exports surging 61.8% in March to $80.2B and in the 1st quarter 51.1% to $195.7B led by strong demand for AI and other technology gear. The US was Taiwan’s top export market in the 1st quarter, up 98.9% year-on-year to US$65.6B, followed by China/HK at US$23.7B, up 26.2%. #Taiwan #US #Semiconductors #semiconductor
