[Day 4] TGIF!!Another tranche of dividend received from $Mapletree Ind Trust(ME8U.SG) today. while the market can be turbulent, dividend ensures that I have some cash flow without the need to liquidate my positions for cash. Today I queued for $ParkwayLife Reit(C2PU.SG)but didn't manage to get any. It's price has reach the sub $4 which I am ok to accumulate.
