My observation is that $BitMine Immersion Tech(BMNR.US) seems to be a combination of crypto and equity engineering; it's not essentially a traditional company, but rather an ETH accumulation vehicle. The advantage is high upside potential, but the downside is that the lack of transparency in equity expansion might make some investors uncomfortable 😬
