KLA's advanced packaging process control share went from 10% in 2021 to 50% in 2025. $950M in 2025 (+70% y/y). But growth will decelerate to mid-to-high teens % in '26. Lam probably had $1B+ AP revenue in 2025 but issued >40% growth for '26. Overall AP WFE size was $11B in '25 and will grow to $12B in '26. Based KLA guidance industry AP WFE growth in line with front-end WFE for '26, though KLA earlier said AP WFE will outgrow WFE.
