Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said Thursday that Beijing doubts more sanctions or pressure on President Vladimir Putin will end the war in Ukraine. Speaking at a press conference, Guo opposed “coercion” and urged dialogue and negotiations instead.
