
POLAND WARNS PUTIN COULD BE ARRESTED IF HE FLIES OVER ITS AIRSPACE
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said Poland might detain Russian President Vladimir Putin if he flies over the country en route to a planned meeting with Donald Trump in Budapest.
