Nvidia is working with Foxconn to use its new 800 Volt DC (Direct Current) power architecture in Foxconn’s AI data center, K-1, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, media report. Nvidia is moving its AI data center power standard to 800V DC from the traditional 54V to handle the far higher power needs of its latest GPUs (Blackwell, Rubin, etc.).
