CHINA CONFIRMS WORKING-LEVEL TALKS WITH U.S.
China’s Commerce Ministry said it notified the U.S. in advance of its new rare earth export controls and confirmed working-level talks on Monday. The ministry criticized Washington for “threatening and imposing new restrictions” while seeking dialogue, urging the U.S. to correct its actions and show sincerity.
