Amkor boosted its Arizona investment to $7 billion from $2 billion to build 2 advanced semiconductor packaging plants for clients including Apple and Nvidia, its CEO said at a ground breaking ceremony. Amkor will work with TSMC on InFO and CoWoS at the plant.
