ASMI has a forecast of $155B WFE by 2030. The company counters the argument of equipment reuse from node to node reducing WFE TAM in future. TSMC is known for reuse and Intel noted it will do too. Despite some reuse, ASMI sees new architectures such as BSPDN (more process steps) and new materials driving new equipment.
