TSMC Arizona posted a net profit for the second quarter in a row in Q2, NT$4.23 billion (US$140.8 million), media report, after an NT$496 million profit in the 1st quarter. TSMC Arizona began 4nm volume production in the 4th quarter last year and its capacity (30,000wpm) is fully booked by clients from Apple to AMD, others.
