TSMC raked in nearly US$10 billion in AI-related revenue in the 2nd quarter, a third of its $30.07 billion total revenue, media report, citing investment bankers. AI-related revenue includes GPUs (graphics processing units), AI ASICs (application specific integrated circuits, HBM chip controllers, networking chips, AI switches and more.
