Why is it so damn hard to grow on X in 2025?
I spend hours, sometimes days on a writing a single thread. I make content that’s thoughtful, original, and genuinely valuable but when you hit “post”? Crickets (thank you for those, who like and share my content, appreciate each and every one of you). The algorithm doesn’t care. It doesn’t reward effort. It doesn’t reward quality. It rewards reach, which, more often than not, means rewarding existing followers. If you don’t already have an audience, good luck getting seen. And that’s the most demoralizing part as a creator. You’re doing everything right. You’re creating. You’re consistent. You’re improving. But the algorithm feels like a gatekeeper, not a partner.Meanwhile, platforms like TikTok get it. You post something great? Boom, distribution. It doesn’t matter if you have 10 followers or 10,000. Good content gets a shot. That’s what fuels creativity. That’s what brings in fresh voices. But X? It feels like a closed circle. Like a popularity contest masquerading as a meritocracy. And it’s pushing so many creators, talented, passionate, hardworking creators away. Not because they gave up on making. But because they’re tired of shouting into a void. And that’s what makes it so frustrating. Not the lack of likes. Not the slow growth. But the invisibility. The sense that no matter how hard you try, the platform just won’t let your voice be heard.Thank you for coming to my ted talk! @elonmusk @X please do better!Source: StockMarket.News
