
Broadcom's purchase commitments (mostly foundry & OSAT) remain an exception vs peers (AMD, Marvell, NVDA and QCOM). It excludes cancellable commitments. Peers have have much higher non-cancellable purchase commitments. Been like this for some time. 95% of Broadcom's external wafers from TSMC and is a top-5 customer at TSMC.
