Taiwan launched a 2-day drone technology event off the coast of Suao, northeast Taiwan June 17-18, hosted by US defense firm Auterion and Taiwan’s National Chung-Shan Institute (NCSIST), for ship builders and other drone makers to display their latest technology and exchange ideas, media report, adding the president of NCSIST said Taiwan’s military plans to allocate a big procurement budget for drones next year. Lung Teh Shipbuilding, Thunder Tiger, and Carbon-Based Technology Inc. were among the participants. #Taiwan #drones #drone
