What China understands about Advanced Packaging seems to be lost on the US.
$Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US) Fabs are great, but as I have heard @Jan_TechSearch point out many times, if the US doesn't build Back-End capacity on-shore, they will still be dependent on global partners to get sophisticated chips out the door.Source: Chips & Wafers
