GPTC expects $Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US) expand #CoWoS capacity to 75k WPM by end '25 and 115k WPM by end '26E, as TSMC has resumed its capacity building plans which were put on hold previously.
GPTC also believes TSMC could build a mini line with 10k WPM capacity for wafer-level multi-chip modules (WLMCM) used in Apple’s iPhone application processor packaging with tool move-in starting in 4Q '25.Source: Chips & Wafers
