Tesla still king of US EVs, but rivals are nipping at its heels!
Tesla dominated U.S. electric vehicle sales in the first quarter, but fell 8.6 percent year over year, while overall electric vehicle sales rose 11.4 percent. $Tesla(TSLA.US) Tesla sold 128,100 vehicles in the first quarter, far outpacing rivals such as Ford and Chevrolet. Despite being the market leader, Tesla's market share has fallen to 3% from 5% in 2023.
